I hadn't rolled it since last April...go 190-192-212 with it. Was starting to think I may have to go back to this ball as the first one out of the bag until I rolled the next three games with my Track Xception...190-231-234.
The Bruiser still may have found its way back into the arsenal though...I had forgotten how nice it rolled and how solid the hit is with it...I will always have a "soft spot" for it since it was the first ball I purchased (Dec., 2003) after getting back into bowling following a 10+ year layoff...

That which doesn't kill you will only make you stronger, that which doesn't make you stronger is a waste of time!

2 different balls for 2 different purposes but similar in oil handling ability.
When the lanes aren't wide open, when the lanes seem a little bit spotty and you feel very confused, betcha you hit the pocket more often with the Bruiser!! Don't throw it away.

Keep the bruiser! That is my favorite ball of all time, with the monster screamr in second. Awesome, smooth rolling ball. If i find some spare cash sometime, i'll have to stash one away before they vanish.

After reading this post, and realizing that my punisher has no use in the bag for my saturday morning league, i decided to bring along my Bruiser this week. The lanes were a tad drier than usual, and my Classic Zone was jumping in practice. So i pulled out the bruiser. 226,247,219 for a 692. i think i might throw it in there for next week too.
