Hey I'm looking for a new aura Paranormal and I want a bunch of drillings for it

I have one and I want another or 2 if possible so need to find one and that's all , oh and some drilling patterns on it and what happened to you when you had them done okay.  I also don't have paypal, but am trying to get as we speak , so help haha.
