Absolute Inferno~ surface adjustment
« on: November 21, 2010, 02:36:36 PM »
I've had my Absolute setting on the rack for a long time. Our shot has been a little squirly lately, and decided to try something different. I got asked to sub in the Sunday night league, so hit the spinner before hand.

I ended up taking my Absolute Inferno to 1000 abralon, then hit it with Ruff Buff. WOW. This ball is amazing with this surface. Get's down the lane, and moves right into the pocket, with amazing power and drive. It kept the pins low, and I had some screaming scouts flying.

It's funny because it's a total different look at the pins than what I've had with anything else lately. Only went 233-193-225 for 651, but every pocket shot struck, and anything else was operator error missing outside, and just no recovery. I'm going to keep it in play this week in league and see how it goes.

Snatch up an Anaconda while they are still current. Save it for the rainy day when you want a replacement for the beloved Absolute.

The Absolute was my favorite ball and I would still be using it today if I didn't have my span and pitches changed recently. I was actually going to buy a new Absolute but went with the Anaconda instead since its basically the same ball remade. I found the Anaconda to be a bit more powerful than my Absolute but after changing the surface on it and shining it up a bit it feels great.

I had my 6 year old AI resurfaced at the Brunswick shop during Nationals last April. They brought it back to factory surface. It really shines during the 2nd and 3rd game. Very predictable. I use it every week.
