Back in October 2011, I submitted a Brunswick Cash Back 2011 Rebate Form, after purchasing a Brunswick C System Alpha Max. After months of not receiving my $50 rebate, I checked the status online; it says that my claim could not be processed because, “no sales receipt received.” I am 100% certain that I DID INCLUDE the original sales receipt in the envelope, along with the rebate form and the UPC that I cut out from the box. I have sent an email to the rebate folks, asking what can be done about this. There is no way for me to send them the receipt (again), since I mailed them the original receipt the first time! This is really disappointing, considering I have been a loyal Brunswick customer for quite some time now...
