Brunswick Cash Back Rebate 2011 Woes

Back in October 2011, I submitted a Brunswick Cash Back 2011 Rebate Form, after purchasing a Brunswick C System Alpha Max. After months of not receiving my $50 rebate, I checked the status online; it says that my claim could not be processed because, “no sales receipt received.” I am 100% certain that I DID INCLUDE the original sales receipt in the envelope, along with the rebate form and the UPC that I cut out from the box.  I have sent an email to the rebate folks, asking what can be done about this.  There is no way for me to send them the receipt (again), since I mailed them the original receipt the first time!  This is really disappointing, considering I have been a loyal Brunswick customer for quite some time now...

Not too difficult to fix.  Go back to where you bought it get a duplicate reciept back dated.

I sent in through the course of the program approx 6 rebates and received all of them without issue. I also used a copy of the original receipt. On my last one before I mailed it I remembered I forgot to put in the receipt and had to open the letter to double check, and redo everything to send in a new envelope. My guess is your 100% positive maybe incorrect. Like mentioned where ever you bought the ball from would have no problem giving you another receipt to mail, email, or fax in.

Like you, I double checked to make sure that the receipt, form, and UPC were all in the envelope; everything was there.  As you both said, I could go back to my pro shop and ask for another receipt, but the deadline for submission of this rebate form was November 15, 2011.  Are they even going to honor it at this point?

Where did you go to check the status online? I havent recieved my rebates and included everything.
