ok after a dismal low score in first game....went on two shoot 204 with my ai in second game....thought a ball change to damage in third was needed.... boy was i wrong....got to say after two weeks throwing the ai again starting to get my confidence back up....evil siege ok ball but was really struggling...so sitting in a box in my computer room...really like the older cover stocks....not really fond of the new coverstcks....the new coverstcks not really matching up well for me....on to a different company in the future.....in closing like to say big b is still a good company don't think they are for me anymore...

I doubt that anyone would argue that the Absolute was a nice ball, but I'm really loving the new equipment, too.

 

My Anaconda (Absolute remake) is as smooth as ever, but the Loaded Revolver, Wicked Siege, Damage, and now the Alpha Max are getting more time on the lanes as of late. I do, however, need to adjust and play different areas of the lane with each one. This seems to be a problem with many bowlers who want to stand here and throw there.

Without hesitation I can say it is the best solid I have ever thrown from Brunswick. The Wild Card is second.

 

Clean through the heads, but with a more pronounced move off the friction than I'm used to seeing from a solid reactive.  Last weekend I bowled on a flatter pattern in a tournament. Knowing the lanes are usually slick for this one I took it down to around 2000. It was everything I had hoped for reaction-wise.

This week for league I added a little Rough Buff and it was great. I shot a modest 703, but more importantly it was a clean set. Solid reactive covers will blend out the lane pattern both front to back as well as side to side. It was a great combination of predictability and strength for me.

 

Without the $50 rebate it would be highly recommended. With the rebate it's really a no-brainer!

I'm loving the Wicked right now. I get a lot of versatility from the cover and the ability to play different parts of the lanes longer without needing to move as often. Have two drilled up and may get one more for a back up. One is drilled for a lot of length and angular backends, the other is drilled for an earlier roll with a stronger midlane. So far they have been a great one two punch.

Maybe take your evil in to your shop and see if there is anything you could to change the reaction.  I got one when it first came out.  I drilled and didn't like the reaction I got with it.  After change everything in my hand I decided to plug it and re-drill it.  Let me this that ball is money now!  I didn't have close to a look of what I have now with that ball before.  And it reads patterns very well now instead of just dying in the mids.  Give that a try.

When a house bowler misses the mark, misses the break point and strike, for many ppl its called a wallshot. When a pro does that its call adjustment

When a house bowler gets his finger stuck in the ball and fall on the lanes, for many ppl its called lame bowler. When a pro does that its called the Machuga flop! ha i like this one.
