Cute, I love my Smokin too, even have a back up for when it finally dies.  However that isnt going to be anytime soon, have over 1000 games on it, and with a couple of water baths and a resurface its still working like a charm

my wife also bowled this weekend. she bowled at the high-ish end at northway, pretty much played down and in like i figured she would have to. not much overall hook, decent recovery from the outside. she bowled well too, she averages 166, shot 513, 525, 531. so all in all, not bad.

Yeah i'm bowling states in flint on march 10, 11. anybody heard anything about the shot?

Matt

Which lanes did you bowl on at northway, that house plays completely different from end to end, its absolutely amazing. Its night and day! I bowl league on 3-16. And bowled juniors on 39-50. Sherman is pretty consistant throughout though!

For the team event we were on 37/38.  The kids' leagues bowled ahead of us and then they redressed the lanes.  I tried the Smokin' first and thought it skated a bit too much so I switched to my El Nino X-It and used it for all 9 games in both houses.
