Brunswick Fanatic SS

I know a lot of people liked the original Fanatic and the Fanatic BTU, so a strong solid version is very interesting.

Looks like they tinkered with the core on this Fanatic release too. For 15lbs. here are the numbers for all three balls:

Fanatic: 2.540 RG, 0.052 DIFF
Fanatic BTU: 2.601 RG, 0.030 DIFF
Fanatic SS: 2.480 RG, 0.055 DIFF

The new RG number on the SS is quite a jump. Will be really interested to see how it rolls now. Maybe Brunswick's version of the Phaze II? I would bet on the Relativity Hook coverstock being pretty strong.

BrunsNick,

Does the Fanatic Strong Symmetric take the place of the Melee Hook/Melee Cross? Or is there another series coming down the pike to replace the Melee line?

I also suppose at some point there will be a Fanatic hybrid. Hmmm . . . .
Ball speed avg. (18.25 mph)
Rev rate avg. (400-428 rpm)

Pretty sure that's a mastermind cover. Yep strong!

That is interesting. The Mastermind Strategy uses the Relativity Solid cover while the Fanatic SS uses Relativity Hook.

I finally drilled up my Freak Show Solid so I'm looking forward to throwing it this week. I'll probably take the surface up since out of box is 1500 and it's a variation of the Nightmare cover
