A few weeks ago I posted on here how my Monster Frenzy had cracked, while sitting in a bag on my dining room floor.
Well, I went to move another bag, and found my Scream/R in the same condition. 
I emailed Brunswick warranty department.
They requested the serial numbers of the balls.
They then wrote back, letting me know that one was more than 2 years old, and they wouldn't do anything about it. However, the other one, although out of warranty, was less than 2 years old, so they would replace it.
I can't get another Frenzy, since they don't make it, but I elected to get a Nemesis. (my choices were goliath, nemesis, or monsters)
Can't ask for more!!!

Big "B" will do what ever they can to do to help out the bowlers.

Oh, I don't know. The Frenzy was in the closet when I contacted Brunswick! So there must be something good about it.
