I doubt anyone here would have a 9 year old overseas ball, but you never know.  I would guess that it's a particle coverstock, but have no clue what the "Plasma" means (unless it has blood inside the core). ;)

If could choose a 9+ yo overseas ball would take an EPX A1.

Plazma was that God-awful cover that was on the Maxx zone stateside and never used again. It was very close to a Zone Pro reaction, roll forever & minimal grab on the backend.
