Red Zone vs Black Widow
« on: September 18, 2006, 10:01:44 AM »
Hi everybody, have just sold my Radical to my buddy as he love it so much that he don't even mind the hairline crack at the thumb. Anyway, this ball is still very rare over here, at the moment.
Back to what I am about to ask, how does a Red Zone compares to the Black Widow ? Are they overlapping in anyway ? Which is a stronger ball ?
Thanks guys..

I beg to differ..... Honestly Ive seen a ton of BW's thrown lately(very popular in my alley) and a "reaction like no other" isnt entirely true. Even after the many threads of how people dont like the Radical Inferno and "it doesnt do anything for them" claims. The Radical is still a very picky ball BUT the backend reaction/move is insane. To be totally honest I think the Radical makes more of a move on the backend. Ive thrown both balls drilled almost exactly the same(pin to the right of the ring finger). And im talking about in OOB condition just an FYI. I thrown at 18-19mph with over 400 revs also as an FYI. And the Radical is in no way shape or forma dry lane ball unless you have a very low rev rate or slow speed.

The red zone is alot tamer than the Widow and Radical(from what ive seen and read).
