Can anybody give me some insight on an old Brunswick Phantom ball. I know it is urethane, age ??? thoughts, concerns ??
I have been bowling on the driest of conditions and have giving the thought to bringing a urethane ball to league next week.

There were 3 of them, from the early 90ies, a black, blue and crimson one (one crimson one is NIB on display in my club''s pro shop... but not for sale
).
They were among the first ball with what we''d call today a mass bias. Cores were HUGE, all were urethane, and if I remember correctly, the red one was for drier shots (polished), the black one for mediums and the sanded blue one for (at its time) heavy oil.
I suppose they could still be compared with a Natural these days. Would be IMHO good light to medium condition pieces, but do not expect too much.
