I've said it before, I will say it again. Working for a MAJOR distributor, I see ALL companies returns for defects. BY FAR, Brunswick produced equipment have far fewer returns for manufacturing defects, including the supposed issues mj79 mentioned, than any other manufacturer.
Yes I did used to work for Brunswick. Yes they did have significant PERFORMANCE, and some mismarked cg issues for a period of time after the move. But, as I have also said before, if anyone has a beef with Brunswick, it would be myself & JustRico. Now, we both work for LARGE customers of Brunswick. I can't speak for Rico, but as I stated above, I see far fewer manufacturing defects from Brunswick than any other manufacturer.
nocarey, in speaking with several Brunswick employee's about the decision to no longer offer new releases to the PBA membership, they all stated it was because of a select few, who would buy the balls from the PBA offer, and put them up for sale on Ebay. These offers are strictly for the personal use of the PBA member that ordered them.
So a few bad apples spoiled it for everyone. So if you know any of these individuals, "thank" them for their selfishness.
