Camo and Raw Solid are close, I think the Raw Solid is a little smoother.

Thanks.  So going up one more notch, would that be a Hyped Hybrid or a Global Burner?  All my bowling is going to be on medium to dry conditions. 

My opinion is there isn't a big difference between the Hypeds, Burners, and Hustles.

I bowl a second shift league and I love my Camo, but I'm looking at a couple of 10+ year old balls to pair with it for the upcoming season

Why would you need 10+ year old balls?  Why not just punch up a Hustle Wine and call it a day?  If you need something weaker than that; a Tropical Surge would do the trick and technically the Surge line is around 10+ years old since it seems like it has been around that long.

Thanks so much.  This really helps me on trying to set up an arsenal for the winter.  Missed 2 years and am just starting back so I'm still getting up to date on some of the newer equipment. 

The Burners and Hyped are basically the same balls.  Both lines have a solid, both have a pearl, and the Hyped line has a hybrid.  So you have all 3 cover types covered.  Another line to look at is the "new" Messengers.  You have only been out for 2 years.  So there have not been any significant changes.  If you want something closer to the Rhino; then a Hustle or Raw Hammer would be the choice.  If you want a step up; Messenger, Burner, and Hyped lines are the way to go.

What I'm trying to do is set up a three ball arsenal.  I'm happy with the Rhino being my weakest ball.  From there I want to go up with two new balls to cover me when the alley decides to add more oil or the wind is blowing the wrong way.  I'm leaning towards the burner solid as the next ball up but don't know what the third ball should be. Might want to add in a pearl.  Any ideas?

Two mid level solids worth looking at are the Power Torq and Dark Web.  I do not see anyone in my area throwing the Burners but have been impressed with the PT and DW.  Then from there; you could go Power Torq Pearl, Hyped Pearl, Burner Pearl, or Messenger Pearl just to name a few.  The Messenger should be a little weaker than the other balls mentioned but still stronger than the Rhino.

Thanks so much Steven.  I think for the present I'm going with a Burner Solid and then try one of the balls I have now like a Columbia Sideswipe Solid or an Orange Hammer Vibe.  I also have an Ebonite Warrior Elite but it's too strong for most of the conditions I'm likely to run into. Once the league gets started this fall I think I'll be better able to made a better decision.  Thanks again and hope you have a great day.
