Brunswick rating on balls..
« on: November 03, 2009, 03:27:58 AM »
I noticed that the rating for the TFP and the C-System are both for "medium to oily" lane condition.

Since I have both, I can tell you that is not the case. The TFP is at least 2 steps below the C-System. The TFP has a MUCH stronger layout and it still can't handle anything above medium effectively.

The C-System on the other hand is at least 4-5 boards stronger and can handle medium-heavy with minimal adjustments.

Shouldn't they come up with a little better system of rating??

I think it's better to go by the hook potential rating than the stated condition when trying to compare the balls in this way.  TFP is 115 and C-System is 155.
