Its hard to choose because I liked every one but the radical and total. I am gonna have to go with the Ultimate and a close 2nd is the absolute

My Ultimate is my first favorite almost shot a 700 with it twice. My Absolute is da bomb I almost shot a 700 with it 3 times. I like my Radical but if I can take the finger weight down to a 1/2 ounce I'll see it react more consistent but I rather keep it like it is for a sports shot. Almost shot 300 with my Radical.

I think that is my favorite post of all time on this site

The Original Inferno hands down...by the way, when did they do a "remake" of this one?  I just received one and it has a MB and has the USBC seal approval on it, versus the ABC the OI had.

I dont like seeing questions like this, for all balls are good on cirtain conditions. The inferno was a great line of balls, and I am sure at one point and time I have had one of each. Each balls have their own characteristics and on the right pattern will be great. Someone may come on here and say The Blazzing Inferno or the Raging Inferno is the best hands down. Well to me that means it was great for what they happen to see as far as lane conditions... The real question that should be asked is, "Whats the best benchmark Inferno?" but not just which ones the best.

You are going to see the same answers but understand why... Yes the Absolute was hands down the best benchmark Inferno ever made. Why? Because it read the lane good and was the most predictable, letting the player use these balls more than any other ball on a wide range of conditions. My best numbers came with an Ultimate Inferno, but my best looks came from the Absolute as mentioned. Overall one of brunswicks best creations. I kind of wish they would come up with a new Inferno line, and bring back each and every Inferno. To me, todays balls like the Fury's and Zones are not as good as some of the older Infernos. John

I really enjoyed what I got out of the absolute inferno. At my local center almost everyone has had the Ragin' Inferno and most of them still use it, its been phenomenal for them and with the flatness of the shot at my local center it is amazingly useful.

Absolute!!

BUT

The Smash Zone has an inferno core and I love this ball right now too. If you loved the original, I'd drill one of these up for sure. It's pretty too.
