On that site it looks as though the Smokin' is almost going to be the same as the Absolute, just with the newer activator and it goes longer and because of that is obviously more angular?  Anyone else see this, but the two lines for it match up pretty perfectly.

Jeff

Not to say that I don't want one and won't get one, cuz I will, I'm an inferno buying freak!!!

I thought that the SI was supposed to go longer and have more backend then the AI. In the ball descriptions it says that the AI gets more length, and it also has a higher breakpoint shape. Can anyone clear this up for me?

Interesting...It also says it has a hook potential of 155, 5 higher than the ultimate, with the same amount of length but a breakpoint that rates 10 higher on the scale....

Am I missing something?
I have the stats like this:

Smokin
Hook:135
Length:100
Breakpoint:95
Flare Pot.:0.042
RG Ave.:3.4

Strike Zone
Hook:155
Length:55
Breakpoint:70
Flare Pot.:0.048
RG Ave.:2.9

Someone clear this up please.

Start from www.brunswickbowling.com and go from there...

If you use the old bookmark, which was brunswickftp.com, then it will be the older version.

No;  I just didn't see the link for "Pro Shop Information" on the new site until I looked at the navigation bar on the top of the page.

Rest assured that if I really want to see myself, I'll just walk down the hall and look in a mirror.

No. Even if there is doubt: no. This discission rose up some time ago, and Big B will not make a "hybrid" coverstock ball, unless it would be stated as such. Even potential hybrid balls like the Smash/R or the Red Alert 300 are not mixed coverstock types.

Uh, the update was in dire need. Also for orientation. On the homepage you used to guess where you could find the balls' section. But it looks nice.
I hope that they update the retired ball drill sheet list soon, too.
