a new ball
« on: January 08, 2007, 09:48:48 PM »
i currently hv a storm double agent for heavy oil and a bully for medium and above...i will usemy bully all the time unless its very oily...but nowadays me as a stroker found out tat the ball is hooking for me...i cant bowl at board 20 to 10 becus the arc will be too big for me and its inconsistent...
now, i would like to hv a ball tat some where from board 17 to 10 which is a bit weaker but a bit more snap....
i tried to use scout b4 but it doesnt hook at all....it skids to the pin....i want some thing tat is a bit weaker than bully but a bit stronger than scout...
and how should i drill it?

I know this is the Brunswick forum, but I would recommend the Doom for what you are asking.  I personally found the Smokin' to be a little too condition specific.  It wasn't a bad ball, I just didn't find much use for it.  I got more of a hook/set reaction out if it, where with the Doom I get a good skid/snap reaction for medium to light oil.

If you aren't watching 'The Wire,' the government should be forced to come to your house and repossess your television. END OF STORY!

Mr. Lebowski, this is Bill Salnicker with the Southern Cal Bowling League, and I just got a, an informal report, that a member of your team, uh, Walter Sobchak, drew a firearm during league play. If this is true of course, it contravenes a number of the league's by-laws, and article 27 of the league...

BOB:  Did you see the way she was lookin' at me?
DOUG:  Yeah, because she thought you were some kind of freak!
