First off, the ball needs to read the lane to be able to react, and as is with most high speed players, you will need a layout and surface that gets the ball rolling sooner. You need to concern yourself more with what the ball does earlier on the lane than trying to create a downlane reaction.
I would recommend going with a stronger pin and MB location. Make sure you and/or your ball driller knows your Positive Axis Point to begin with. I would go pin lower and 4" from your PAP, and MB somewhere around 45 to 55 degrees. Your gonna most likely want a layout that uses an extra hole, probably 2 to 3" down your VAL, using a 1" bit at least 2" deep. You will need to make sure ahead of time that the layout will allow for this type of extra hole and still remain legal.
Also, coverstock preperation is very important, especially when trying to make a high speed ball read through the oil. Remember, the surface prep is your "tire chains on ice". Think about your ball being like a tire on water. The faster you drive, the less of the tire that touches ground, thus the need for better treads to keep from hydroplaning. Same with a bowling ball. Besides the ball choice, layout, and surface, try working on your game to match your ball speed up better with your rev rate.
Hope this helps some. Nothing beats having a good ball driller that can take the time to know your game. We all try to help on here, but nothing compares to having someone there in person to actually see your revs, your speed, and all the other factors that go into successful bowling.
