Classic Red Pin Cover....
« on: June 18, 2005, 11:43:55 PM »
I picked up my Red Pin about a month ago, drilled it up and have put maybe 10 games on it. Unfortunately the cover on mine is getting dinged up like no tomorrow. I have only used it on syntheics and I have 3 or 4 small gouges around the fingers/cg area and got one big gouge above the pin near my track last monday. I thought I cracked the cover and put it away but after looking at it after league it is just another gouge. Has anybody else noticed this with theirs? I will try to get a pic or 2 of it and post it this week sometime but I feel like my ZC is not going to last very much longer. Ball works great for me, drilled 4 x 6 it is smooth off of the dry and doesnt overreact, and hits like my old Green Pin ZC. Great on drier conditions and up the track on a house wall, but if it gets another big ding it may be for sale (and I dont want to do that trust me). Any suggestions lets me know.
