Whats the best cleaner to help keep that tacky new ball feel. that u guys have what cleaners do u say to stay away from.What is your guys experience with all the ball cleaners out there.

Valentino's Remedy is THE best at keeping the tacky feeling on your ball.

Other VERY good ones:
Lanemasters cleaner
Ultimate's Rejuvenator
Neo-Tac's Liquid Nitro

Best at-home DEEP, oil removing (from  upper layers of the coverstock)  cleaner: Powerhouse's/Track's Clean and Dull.

lane master/lengends ball cleaner is what I use.. I think it is one of the best products out and yes it has a strong smell(fruity) to it, but I like the smell.. black magic is a good one, track clean and dull is great too.. you should really have a ball spinner to use when applying the track clean and dull product.. it likes and works better when the ball heats up a little.. have not used the valentino's remedy stuff but if charlest(informative person on BR) says its good its good..

Be cautious about using any cleaner on the spinner. While I have used C&D there, many people seemed to have burned cleaners into the ball's coverstock  too much and caused some ball reaction problems. It isn't necessary to use the spinner. So I'd err on the side of caution when using any cleaner and a spinner together.

On the issue of ball cleaners with spinners, I prefer using my spinner just because it's quicker.  To avoid the problems that can arise from heating up a cleaner on the ball surface, I simply spray the cleaner on the ball, rub it around with my bare hand, turn on the spinner still using my bare hand to go over the ball, and then I use a paper towel to get the gunk and cleaner off the ball.  Really works great and I don't have any reaction problems.

Black Magic Rejuvenator is a great ball cleaner.
It is the best cleaner that I have found to remove grease pencil lines after a ball has been layed out/drilled.

It also does a great job of removing oil from the outer cover of a bowling ball.

Actually denatured alcohol (non-diluted) is illegal to use anytime. The reason the commercial ball cleaners can have as an ingredient is because it is mixed or diluted within their product.

Is anyone looking over your shoulder to test the legality of your cleaner? Probably not. But now you will know. Is it dishonest to knowingly break a rule, even if no one "catches" you?  That is a question that each of us must answer for ourselves.
