This is sweet!  I've been waiting for one of these for a long time.  The last bowling game I played was Ten Pin Alley for Playstation.  haha. Thanks for finding this.

I hope they make this for the 360, I don't want to buy a Wii just for this game.

Some preliminary reading I've done on this says that Wii owners may be a tad disappointed with it.  From what I've heard, there is some sort of a swing meter and the "movements" of the game are not solely dependent on the user's movements, as the original Wii bowling is designed.  So, we will get ball choices, characters with hands, feet, and clothing, but reduced control of the mechanics of the swing.

Again, this is just what I've read/heard, so take it for what it's worth.

To be honest, for what this game wants to be, that's probably a good thing.  The problem I have with the control scheme in Wii Bowling is that it's much harder than real life to be consistent with the amount of speed, loft, side rotation/forward roll, and revs you put on the ball.  And this is in a simplified game with only one basic oil pattern and a pretty tame bowling ball.  When you actually have to consider the ball and the oil pattern, the Wii Bowling style controls can make things too difficult.  I personally feel the best solution would be a compromise of some sorts between the two control schemes, but I do not know the best way about getting to that point!
