Similar ball to Zone Classic
« on: December 03, 2009, 10:11:51 AM »
Hi everybody,

I was a pretty good bowler a few years ago when I was in high school (300 high game, 765 high series).  By the time I graduated I was burned out.  Since then I have only bowled a handful of times.  I'm going to graduate college at the end of the year, and the itch has come back.  I plan on joining a summer league when I graduate (my college town has a bowling alley but no leagues, not enough interest).  I joined intramural bowling at school next quarter to get my form back .

My arsenal looks like this:
Med Heavy - Absolute Inferno
Med - Zone Classic
Med Light - Punisher
Light - Very old, dead AMF Fusion Hook Monster. (Odd, but very effective)

I throw (or at least threw) 18-19 MPH with plenty of revs.

Heres where the question comes in.  My Zone Classic has a ton of games on it and really is much better suited for Med Light these days, which is fine because I never really liked my punisher anyway.  The Zone Classic was my first ball out, and I need a replacement.  I want to get it relatively soon so I can practice with it before I join a league.  Is there anything that rolls similar to the Zone Classic?

Not quite as bad over here in the middle of the state. Just FREAKIN' cold and windy.

Miss my "B" brothers too (no sister's left ).

Y'all be careful!!!!

To the topic at hand. I agree with the Rattler, but I also agree with the rejuvenate & resurface suggestion. Python may not be a bad option either.
