Couple of Ball Questions
« on: September 12, 2005, 01:29:20 AM »
I have the smokin' inferno, and if I got an original inferno where would it go, above or below my smokin'. My other question is what ball would be a good step up from the SI and what ball would be a good step down from the SI.

The OI would go below... but not very far, I think. By today's standards it would be considered "weaker", but I personally think that it is not much for a "step down". The OI still is a tough and very versatile ball, maybe even better playable than the SI - just less spectacular while performing.

What do you consider "a step up" from the SI? More/longer oil? Then the UI or a Strike Zone should be a god choice.

For s atep down, I'd suggest either a BVP Rampage or Punisher for dried-out lane conditions, maybe with the same drilling as your SI.

Thanks for the reply, by a step up I mean for Medium/Heavy, because one of the three houses I bowl at Has a longer patter where my SI wont hook very much, So I was thinking about getting the Impulse Zone or Raging Inferno because I think the Strike zone or UI would be too strong. At the other bowling alley I am forced to move over two dots just so it will stay on the right side of the lane, so I think that the rampage, although it looks cool and I would love to have it, would be a little bit too strong.

Thanks man, but im gonna need the raging or impulse because of the second house I bowl at, unless the nemesis is a little bit weaker or a little bit stronger
