My smash zone cracked in half who would I contact to get it replaced.  Thanks for the response

If you bought it online contact them, if you bought it from a pro shop contact them.  Where do you bring a car if something happens to it after you bought it?  Either back to the dealership or a shop...

However if you got it second hand your probably out of luck.

If it came in original box with warranty card and everything you might be able to get away with contacting brunswick directly.  If not I'd say try contact the person you bought the ball from, because if they run or work in the shop they might still be able to help you out.  Those are your best two options.

Brunswick is awesome.  I contacted Big B and they responded the next day.  They asked for pictures and serial numbers of the ball.  I received a phone call today from a rep telling me that they were out of smash zones would I except a rattler.  I told him yes and thanks for the quick response.  The last 3 balls I bought have been storm but I will buy some more big b just because they take care of you if something happens.  Thank you big b
