PLEASE explain how this works
« on: November 26, 2005, 06:23:41 PM »
bruns site says the zones are asymmetrical, but its not true the core is a symmetrical core. symmetry states that there are equal masses when cut in half vertically. so by this, the zones are symmetrical, unless there is something more on the core that we do not see in the pictures.

if someone can explain what makes them asymmetric please chim in, cause otherwise brunswick is wrong in a big way.

It depends on how it is put in the ball.  If you cut the core in one direction, it would be symetrical.  However, cutting in on another axis would make it assymetrical.

In this picture, the part of the core facing you is stretched compared to the opposite side of the core.
