The Pearl is the winner of the Cutting Edge bunch. It seems like a lot of ball at the price. I hated myself for trying the first two Edges Blue & Navy. They were very lazy and flat for me. I have a teammate that throws the solid cutting edge. It deflects a lot for his end over end lower rev style.

I always wanted the black polished solid 😎

I gave up on big b a long time ago though. The only positive to their equipment is the price of clearance....

Not hating on em, I'm a new dad... Budgets change, and the fact that clearance is very available is very appealing!

The playing field is very level right now and no manufacturer had a distinct advantage, honestly. Bowling balls are at the point where I they hook too much so advancements are really unneeded, and for me price is always king!!!

Beside idk if anyone else notices the pricing on 900 is creeping towards Utah pricing.... 😠

No burns from me, I'm not a staffer, just a consumer!

Well said.  Especially about many modern balls being so strong.   I will take my Absolute Inferno for house shot over pretty much anything they have released in last 5 years.  Bought more big b stuff on ebay than new on clearance.

Badgers went up 10 bucks and it's also old tech, so are the OP's balls

But yes even at the prices are at, theyre good deals

I like my trio of them. I haven't got the hybrid figured out yet but can regularly throw the solid and pearl on my dry lanes. Another good buy seems to be the DV8 Turmoils too. the solid and hybrid seem to be stronger to me. You can't beat the performance for the price on either line.
