don't think they bought neo-tac, just marketing as b-wick now.

Brunswick has never had there own real brand of polishes. they were marketed and distributed in part with KR strikeforce. For that matter brunswick's capital side also hasnt had a new idea in years. there scoring system they are marketing now vector is from northern europe and has been there for years. its full of programing gliches and bugs galore.

You're on a rant now
. I understand your frustration with Brunswick in general but that is not the issue here. No bowling manufacturer has the chemists and the manufacturing ability to make their own polishes. That makes Brunswick no different than any other bowling ball maker.

Dear Dude,
Brunswick does have their own brand of polishes Factory High Gloss Polish and Factory Rough Buff Finish which are solid through our bag and accessory licensee KR Strikeforce. In the factory we use the solid bars on our buffing wheels similar to the Lustre King machines but sell the liquid form to use on ball spinners or by hand. The Neo Tec polish was brought in by KR and licensed under Brunswick. We currently do not use the Neo Tec products in the plant.

I thought every ball that was leaving the plant in mexico was being finished on a haus machine? We(proshops) were ensured that so they would come out perfectly round and the out of box quality would improve.( which is has progressively in the last year)

We use a centerless grinder to ensure that the balls are completely round on every ball and only use the Haus machines on balls that call for a Abralon finish or a Scotch Brite finish.
