I disagree with the Smokin Inferno being a bad ball. I had 1 and it was very predictable. Once in a while though the ball would like to blow through its break point causing me to end a nice string of strikes. This happened to me too many times and cost me LOTS of lost prize money and won tournaments. This is why I no longer have this ball in my arsenal. When the ball worked, it was awesome.
As for the Absolute Inferno, its been out for almost 3 years straight now. Definately had a great run but times are changing and the ball technology is starting to get beyond its worth.
Strke Zone, another great ball but it too is out dated. This was never a great ball in my hands as I never saw the big hook out of this ball as everyone talked about. I called this one "The disquised SPARE Zone" as that was all it was good for IN MY HANDS. Before someone bashes for putting down a great ball.
Punisher, Too weak was the complaints I heard from most people who used it. This ball was great with the older crowd, not trying to start a war here, but most seniors in my area loved this ball.
Scorchin Inferno, It was a hit and miss ball. For me it was great and hooked a ton, for others they couldnt get that ball to hook on 120' of lane. Just like a strike zone in my eyes. Hit and miss.
Ambush, This was a very underrated ball that got neglected by the sales marketing and advertising. One of few particle balls produced from Brunswick. I think this was a Pearl Particle. The public saw it as blah because of the color and well, they want something that makes them say "Ohhhhhhhh purdy!" Again, underrated ball.
Radical, Probably theee biggest inferno ball flop in Brunswicks history. I had this one and well, if the lanes werent dry it wasnt hooking anywhere.
