The problem has been fixed and the ball was replaced by my distributor. I was also contacted by the sales rep in my territory to discuss the problem. Whether Ric contacted the proper people to contact me or not. The problem was solved. I PM'd Ric the name and info as to limit the bashing for everyone. Ric was not calling me a liar. He is correct in stating that anyone can come out here and start name dropping or "I know this person or this person did that" type crap.
I still think the problem should have been fixed instantly instead of after public posts were made about the poor customer service.
