well, the zone balls were once brunswick's high performance line...
so maybe the infernos will be demoted to mid grade performance balls, one day.
personally, i get all my equipment on ebay, so the price on the high performance stuff is more than reasonable.

IMO, pro shops are the ones that need to adjust their prices to stay competitive.
instead of making $50-$75 profit each ball, maybe they should wise up and start pricing equipment closer to cost, say $20 profit w/o drilling.
that way you wont be breaking the bank for high performance equipment.
word of mouth will spread more rapidly also, repeat buying will occur.
