Between these new balls, Which would you prefer?

A lot of people say these balls are "to much ball", what does it mean?

From my perspective, the Genius would be the more versatile of the 2 balls. However that's not necessarily a negative towards the Ruckus Feud which looks very good in its own way.

Both balls are not meant for lighter oil conditions but you would most likely be able to stick with the Genius longer as the lanes dry out. From the videos and information available right now, I would put the Feud above the Genius in terms of overall hook and oil handling capability. The Genius would have a little more length and backend from the polished hybrid cover

Thanks for the reply..

So the Genius of the two would also be better if its medium oil, or even dry?

What exactly will happen with these balls on a dry lane, or medium?
To much swing?

On dry lanes both balls will be too strong. The Genius will be more useable on medium Conditions because of it being a polished hybrid but it could still be too strong. If you are only bowling on medium to drier lanes then I would not suggest either and look at the Diva Pearl, Dude, Melee, Misfit, or Ringer from those 2 Companies

So when you say too strong on a medium or dry lane, you mean it will be basically hit the left gutter if i dont throw it very hard?

I play in a club and we usually play on heavey oil.. but it do happens that it is medium oil lanes too

It may look like it isn't hooking at all due to the ball expending all of it's energy.

If a ball is too strong for the pattern, it will lose energy and not carry as would a more appropriate ball. Total hook is not necessarily an indicator since the ball could lose hook potential and possibly hookout (rollout). Favorite term "hit hike a marshmallow" or supply your own term. Under lesser oil condition, a weaker shiny ball could outhook these 2 balls.
