Title: FIGJAM, When everything gets lined up
Post by: Rc Charger on January 07, 2009, 10:35:17 PM
Yes it's a FIGJAM but I'm just shocked in how I been lined up on our house pattern as of late.  My wednesday night league, before the holiday break I plugged my Bowlers Universe Area 39 and laid the ball out completey different then what I have.  Dual angle 60 x 30 pin at 2 3/4, extra hole down (p2).
I went front 11 299, 266, 237 for 802.  It's my first 800 so pretty excited to say the least.  I have practiced a little here and there over the break but not picking up this ball at all.  Last night went back 11 278,266,215 for 759.  I can't beleive the carry I'm getting out of this ball like a chump though missed 3 spares.
You guys ever just find that ball that just wrecks the lane?  Whats real bad is a I have a Maxx zone that I love the reaction but really can't take the AREA 39 out of my hand during league.  The Area 39 is like a rampage same core, but a little cleaner threw the fronts and more backend.

It's a Brunswick ball, was suppose to be a overseas release but Brunswick didn't change the core at the plant.  Thats the story I was told, Brunswick offered these ball for sale and who ever baught them could but there own logo on them.  If you go on Ebay you might find a ball called the Jaws by Kurts pro shop.  It's the same ball just our's is called Bowlers Universe AREA 39.

Great bowling Rob, somehow I tend to believe the ball had very little to do with your great series. Remember I have seen you bowl . See you the on 25th if you're in the shop when the grandson has 2nd round Pepsi youth tournament.
