I loved the Mastermind line and this line was the one that brought my to using more Big B based equipment. Each one had it's own purpose and didn't seem to overlap one another. When I saw that the coverstock was a hybrid my concern was that it would overlap my Genius. This wasn't the case at all. The Einstein to me give you the movement up front of the Mastermind but the backend of the Scholar. The cover allow it to get down lane with ease. When it get into the puddle it gathers traction and the down lane movement is very impressive. I brought out all of my Masterminds and compared them to get a better feel on placement. Mastermind, Intellect, Einstein, Scholar, and Genius. I would go to this ball when the Intellect isn't finishing well or I need to get down lane more when playing front to back. I was able to stand in the same area and the ball recovered well. I could keep moving my feet left and this ball just kept coming back. This ball was a lot stronger than I thought it would be and it really help tighten up my bag. When I would go from the top two it just seem like a gap was there before I went to the Genius or the Scholar. Now with this ball I was able to flow right into my groove without missing a beat. Then I saw how it complimented the Scholar so well. Then when the Scholar was done the Genius seem to shine more.

This would be a great 1st ball out of bag for THS and a great ball for sports patterns. It take to surface adjustments well and you can tell that the new covers are great that Big B has put out this season. Great job Brunswick on not overlapping equipment and giving us options to fill gaps to help us compete.
