I have my Fury and my Vapor Zone drilled 1L on the Brunswick charts.

I don't like the way they react.

Should I drill my Fury 2E and my Vapor 4 1/2 with the mass bias at 60 degrees or so?

I throw it about 15.5 mph on average and I have a medium rev rate. My axis is 4 1/4 right and 3/8ths up

The Fury is wasting the energy too early.

It's not that it doesn't hook...

It gets there and stops because it's wasting too much energy... I could polish it more but I also rather not have such a strong layout on it, no need.

To reiterate what many have been saying, drill this ball with care. If you don't get it right (according to style and oil), you'll hate the Fury. With the right drill and lane matchup, it can be a very good ball. In my case, it took two drills to get it right.

I know one proshop that won't recommend the Fury to customers because it's so sensitive to drill/surface. Your typical league bowler does not do cover adjustments as a hobby, so it's not worth the aggravation to sell a ball that requires more maintenance than an expensive sports car.

I suspect Brunswick will make tweaks to the Fury in future releases to make it more bowler friendly. At least they will if they want the line to be successful.
