so i was flipping through espn and starting watching some pool and saw this logo on a banner that looked exactly like the fury ball logo. I couldnt read the website but i went and typed in fury pool in google and found this
http://www.fury-cues.com/
i cant find who owns them only guess i could come up with would be brunswick owns them as i know that they do do billiards. but could they seriously not come up with a new name and new logo? or is there some incredible copyright infringement here?

LOL, i was just watching that and thinking the same exact thing. Somewhat odd as that looked exactly like the logo on the Brunswick ball.

i went to the wesite as well as soon as i saw it on tv. the cues started being mass produced in 2002? i believe. so the logo would have been taken from the cues for the balls

Probably Brunswick Made cues. In the History, it said they were made in a place with 40 years experience in the pool industry...Brunswick, most likely.

Brunswick did a little cross brand marketing with the cues and balls. Yes the cues came out first and the bowling division borrowed the logo.

i don't believe the cues are manufactured by brunswick.
There is no affiliation shown on each of their website.

I dont think that the cues are manufactured by Brunswick either. All of Brunswick's pool stuff is on http://www.brunswickbilliards.com. There arent any links or anything to Fury Cues.
-
I forgot where I saw the reply from Fury Cues but the logo was not stolen. It was agreed upon to use that logo.
-
so they steal a logo and a core design, and STILL the ball's a dud...lawwwwwwwl
