Opinions on an oiler
« on: November 28, 2003, 05:26:15 AM »
Hi

looking for an oiler, that can handle big time carrydown.  heads will still be decent and like to swing a little into the track area, with a good midlane read and a strong arcin backend. want something that will handle carrydown.  have a ragin inferno but its not for me.  looking at these balls:

eliminator
warp zone
v2 strong

my ragin was drilled pretty much straight label with cg dead center of palm.  anyone recommend a drill pattern, so the ball will be fairly easy thru heads with a strong predictable arc on the backend, mainly on carrydown.  many thanks for any help you can provide.

Warp Zone. Cover is very tunable. Gets through the heads pretty good, especially with just a "touch" of polish. The core gives it a strong arcing back end. More backend than a Raging Inferno in my experience. Mine has a pretty tame drill, but it still moves and hits good. The PSA (mass bias) core helps it maintain energy until it gets down the lane a ways. Warp Zone is also cheaper than an Eliminator.
