The throwbot matches my specs almost identical.  I would say I have a little bit higher tilt though.  God I'm such a tweener, I hate it.  Oh well,

btw...the smart zone videos are sweet.  That Smart Zone 1 is the sweetest looking ball I've ever seen.  It looks like the cherry/white scout reactive but the added flare morphs the colors even better.

Damn, i can't see how fast that ball is spinning.  I finally wanted to be able to correctly judge revs, but i can't quite make it out.

I enjoyed the fact that there was a CATS sensor on literally every foot of the lane. CATS usually only has about 5 sensors per lane.

I couldn't tell, are there holes in the balls that Throwbot throws?

Pretty sure there is. If you look at the arm on the throbot, you can see 3 "fingers"

I dont think there are holes in the balls.  I've seen a throwbot demonstration on TV a long time ago when it was first introduced on some PBA show and they positioned the ball in there with an imaginary set of lines on it for the grip, program the tilt, rotation, speed, and revrate.  Throwbot then brings up the ball to the peak of the backswing and it starts spinning in the cradle, then it comes down and releases the ball with the indicated specs.
