First of all I am very happy with this ball out of box condition. I want to get another one but I want to apply polish on it and get a different reaction. Have anyone used this ball with polish on it? How well did it do on drier condition?

I really liked my Diamondback as a ball to go parallel to the lane.

I polished mine and considering the finish was still fairly slow off of the friction.  When polished, I could use it on medium lanes but nothing dry.  Look into the Karma series if you want a similar shape but more length

  I think it depends on what you're bowling on. Mine really came to life with polish since I usually see plenty of friction.

It is a very individual thing - but beyond thinking about polish you should IMHO also consider a matching layout for the ball, in order to set it apart from the matte one you already have. Maybe use a ball with a long pin, place it high above the fingers. With added polish, the ball should not only handle less oil than the OOB ball, it should also become longer and more angular, so that you can exploit the possibilities in difference.
