Front 9 with the Fury last Monday in league. First ball in the 10th....5 7 split....oops Hit my mark but guess I forgot the fingers Just wanted to share this with you all. I've had the Fury for about two months and really like the way it hits.

Yeah, what was everyone's thoughts on how the Fury Rolls? I'm getting a cell as my benchmark ball, taking the surface to 4000, but I was looking for some other balls to compliment my arsenal for the Heavy stuff. The Fury looks stronger, but I like the way the Blast Zone roles.

Not meaning to hijack the thread, but obviously the ball works. I was just curious because everyone around here thought the Fury was a bust, but I am in Hammer and Ebonite country.

Guy in my league has the Fury sitting on bench.  He is a straighty lofter with a good rotational release.

Cell is his main ball right now.

I asked him if he liked Fury.  He said what is not to like...."I have 4 300s with it this year!".

But he said as it has aged it is hooking a touch less.  For his drill (and Fury is duller NOW than his CELL).  He says about equal hook but Fury is more up front and Cell is more backend NOW.

REgards,

Luckylefty
PS I believe he is similar to above...about 2 1/2 inch pin under ring.  CG out a bit and weighthole.

I find the fury to be an interesting ball.
Even when I get inside and play in the oil it wants to burn up.
I took mine to 4000+polish and it is pretty steady.  I am still trying to figure out what it is best for.
Bowling a tourney on long sport tomorrow and im going to sand it down and see how it goes...

So is this ball kind of like the Morich stuff that it's so strong to the point that you can really only use it on Sport and PBA patterns?

Does any of you guys have a high track? And if so, what layout are you using? I had one given to me when the PBA was in town. I'd like to set it up for the national shot.
