I have a Brunswick Grizz that i got a month ago from the thrift store. I was wondering can this bowl hook good because i use it before and i got a 200 game with it.

how can i get a bowling video that will show me how to throw a good hook or better yet a Brunswick grizz ball?

If I were you I would get a friend to help you, if you do not have a friend that is very good at teaching, I would get a coach.

Also if you go to brunsnick.com there is a link somewhere on there for a book that is called how to bowl strikes, it is aprox. 150 pages, but this book is very good of you are just getting in to the sport.
