Help with bowling release
« on: March 18, 2011, 04:33:05 PM »
Looking for a drill to help with my release, when I release the ball, I have a tendency to corkscrew my release or come over the top, Everything looks good but at the last second I corkscrew instead of getting lift, I am getting more of a spin than a roll down the lane, I am looking to increase my hook, and this seems to be holding me back, I get keep your hand behind the ball, follow thru, I have tried everything, I am looking for a drill that might help.  Any Ideas??  I am a right handed stroker aprox 15 mph.  Any help would be great...

Some may say your span could be short, but I believe no matter u just need to work on staying under the ball.
