From time to time, people ask for these. I have them. They are now posted on my Web Server. Please DO NOT download them unless you really need them and have a ball to drill. It'a an adobe acrobat file (.pdf), and it 3.6 Mb in size. If too many downloads occur, I will pull it, or redo it in a lower resolution.

UPDATE - I pulled the Adobe File. There's some lower resoluton jpegs there now.
