I've rarely seen a snappier ball reaction than that generated by a Zone Classic. To my mind, that makes a poor benchmark ball.

Original Inferno is a resin pearl. Again resin pearl, even ones with very low RGs, rarely make good benchmark balls. Sanded, I believe, as you did yours to 2000 grit, yes, that would probably make a good benchmark ball.

Like the Inferno is too polished, the Nemesis is too strong a ball due to its sanded (800 grit) out-of-the-box, for most people, in general. If one were always bowling on medium-heavy oil or one had very low revs, then it might make a decent benchmark ball.

Since bowler04 made no specification of his intended oil pattern or bowler use, one can only assume the medium oil pattern and the  medium rev bowler.
