What ball can help me in Heavy Oil?
« on: December 26, 2006, 07:30:33 AM »
Arsenal
*Punisher (Dry, Med)
*Faball 3-D High Rev Offset (Med, oil)
*Monster Green/Black Reactive (Have No Idea, just got it from my dad, changing the inserts and slug at the moment) I think its a Oil ball,

Rev Rate: Stroker 450, Lift Stroker 520
  Ball Speed 17-19
I'm goin to retire the Hammer cause its been plugged twice.

I know were I can get a undrilled Swamp Monster for 100$. Other than that are there any suggestions.

From Brunswick, the Mammoth, Total Inferno, or Strike Zone. Are you saying you're a stroker with 450 revs? That makes you a cranker.

I know a guy that will sell me a 1st drill total inferno for 50$. It may be a good idea. Will it over hook much, like I've heard the Swamp monster is prone to do.

the total inferno is a pearlized reactive ball---not the best choice for heavy oil. try a mammoth.

With my rev rate should I drill the Swamp Monster weak or strong. Or should I drill a X-Hole.

Forget the Swamp Monster.....Spend the same money and get a Mammoth. It is the improved version for the same price.

Talk to a good ball driller. Let him watch you bowl. He should then be able to drill it so it fits your game.

I need a ball for patterns found on Sport Oil patterns. The last heavy oil pattern I was on was one which the ball return had oil on it. Which Scorchin should I get the sanded or polished. Knowing what I know about surfaces sanded would be best, but I want it were when the lanes break down I can still use the ball and just swing it.
