I'd like to make this the "go to" ball when the inferno is too much....

I've really made the inferno my "1st out of the bag" ball, I kind of feel bad for my Raging (it WAS the 1st until I got comfortable with the inferno)...

Next down the list is the Frenzy, which I don't have a lot of faith in.  I just have a tough time getting a consistant read with this thing...I've had it highly polished, slight polish, 1500 sanded...same result....anyway....

My inferno is drilled 5 x4.5 pin above ring-sanded with 800, I'm thinking of doing the bruiser 5.5 x 4.5 pin above bridge, with a light shine.....

then I may sell the frenzy and get a slayr for when the lanes really burn up....

thoughts?

The Bruiser, in my experience, is tough to rev up, but if you can get it moving, and its drilled pin over bridge, it will give you a nice strong arc. Polihing might be a bad idea, only because it comes polished, and it will just skate too far before it can really get going.

I have to disagree Kid.  My Bruiser revs up just fine.  I have it drilled pin next to ring, cg kicked out about an inch.  I love it up the boards.  I also sanded the cover to 1000 grit.  I think you will like it that way.

If you're Inferno is sanded to 800, I think you should just drill the Bruiser the same way and leave the box finish on it.  It should give you added length but corner a little harder than you're Inferno, for when the lanes break down and you have to move in a little and the Inferno is burning up.
