For no particular reason?  Rattler, Smash Zone.  Two of their best pieces as far as I can tell.

Tell us more about you.

What conditions do you see regularly?

Another vote for the rattler. I drilled mine last week and its already my favorite ball. It gives me such a strong move down lane but its never unpredictable, and its by far the hardest hitting ball I have ever thrown. I never send messengers with any of my other balls but I have averaged 3-4 messengers a set with the rattler. For the price I dont think you can find a better ball.

My vote for what it's worth is for the Sidewinder and a Copperhead. But like notclay stated we need to know what you play on.

Maxx zone & Smash zone. U have a solid & a pearl and depending on your level of play u can decided if u want a mild or strong drilling..

BrunsDude, I presume by your moniker that you meant his handicap would go down. Or perhaps his average would go up?

As far a recommendations for a Big B ball...anything with the word Fury on it.  Something about those cores that just work!  Every Fury I've thrown has been smooth and predictable all night long!  Though I admit my original Fury is a touch strong for typical league conditions.

I would recommend the Smash Zone.  The ball is just money.

Okay, since we know nothing about you your lane surface, your ball speed, approximate revs, or even what part of the lane you like to play, here's the shotgun approach.

My favorite solid is the Copperhead, with the Maxxx Zone a close second. Of the pearl reactives that are current I'd go in this order:

Wild Ride, Rattler, Twisted Destruction, Swarm, Smash Zone, Avalanche Slide.

The Ultra Zone is a very good hybrid.

***** On any given day any one of the above balls is best, depending on the lane surface and how much oil is on the lanes. Oh, and yes, the bowler.

Been a busy day.

Roughly 18mph....high revs.

Can hook the whole lane but don't like to if I don't have to.....Trying to learn to play straighter as of late.

I bowl at 3 different houses. 2 synthetic 1 wood.

The wood house is an absolute DUNGEON. We bowl on 2nd shift and they are FRIED.

The 2 synth. houses are solid. 1 of them has a lot of friction in the backends and the other the complete opposite.
