Brunswick Alpha Max vs C system 3.5
« on: October 04, 2013, 07:48:18 AM »
Anyone have an opinion on the difference between the two.

I've seen the videos, I've read the reviews here and at Bowlers Journal.  I own both but haven't put holes in the Alpha.

I see the C system 3.5 is listed as a pearl but it reminds me a lot of the Radical Torrid cover.

Anyone have an opinion how strong the all solid Alpha is compared to a Mission X cover?

I am not sure for the Alpha compared to the Mission.

The Alpha is about 5 boards stronger than the 3.5. IMO the 3.5 is actually a little cleaner through the front than the Alpha. 3.5 IMO is also more angular.

Adam,

Thank you.  Is that in Box condition?

I see the 3.5 as being a little pearly.  You?  Do you think the Radical Torrid shell looks like the same stuff as the 3.5?
