Inferno question
« on: February 19, 2007, 05:16:26 AM »
Hi

I have just got a used Inferno as an exchange for an Ultimate (which was no good to me). I already have a Rampage, and am about to get a Dry/R drilled up.

The Rampage is drilled as follows:

---0---0-x

-----cg

-----0

It seems to work great for me on medium oil patterns, and since the Inferno is supposed to be a bit stronger I am hoping it'll be good for the times I need a little extra hook.

My question is what would be a decent drilling for the Inferno that would keep a reasonable gap between it and the Rampage? What I know about my game is in my profile.

Thanks
Andy

My OI is drilled up very close to your rampage. Goes long with a smooth, strong yet controllable backend.

Heres mine. . .

The Rampage is more angular off the backend than the OI. If you want it too get into a roll slightly more earlier, you might want to put the pin under the ring. Thats just my suggestion. . .
