the pin on the ball is the size of the one on a fury

It means the pin cracked, and they did not have a bit that was slightly larger, only a lot larger, and they plugged the pin. Its not a bad thing or a good thing...

Hmmm... That's not the explanation that I heard from Brunswick. Either someone's guessing, or there's a cover-up. Either way, it's just a pin and I like it.

Well it's not set in stone... Thats what the distributor told me. Could be completely false... I just didn't see a reason for him to lie about it.

Actually, I just overheard an explanation from Ric Hamlin (BrunsricOH) awhile back. I don't remember the details enough to explain, but will update if I hear back.
Maybe he'll read this post and enlighten us all...
