light oil ball

i just picked up a power groove teal that i am hoping to use for a dry lane ball. I was looking at the drill sheet that comes with the ball and it lookks like this should be an adequate choice any one have any opinions about this ball for dry lanes . Or any drilling suggestions or surface prep, the ball has 4 in pin and 2-3 oz top and is sanded oob dont know what grit

Is it a pearl (red/teal or orange /teal) or the sanded solid one? If so, the surface should be polished (high gloss) to make it usable on light oil conditions, since the solid was OOB designed for medium to oily lanes, much like the particle Black Sparkle.

If you want a drill suggestion for the dry and a controllable reaction, try to put the pin above and between ring and middle finger, with the CG in the palm and the MB next to your thumb hole. Should result in length and a late pop to the pocket. I guess it is drilling pattern 3L.
